I started MAX OT 3 days ago but im wondering if the ratios it suggests are to much, it says 53% Protein, 37% Carbs and 10% fat. I didnt exactly follow that but I did 50/35/15 with 2400 calories which meant 300g Protein, 210g Carbs, and 40g Fat with 6 meals a day. Is this too much for me?
My stomach started feeling sick yesterday around 5 and I havent been able to eat much, i dont know if its from these ratios, from something on vacation(i got back the day before I started MAX OT), maybe i got it from someone else, but what coulve caused this? and what can I do to make it better? because I havent been able to eat much.
