Wow we finally got it while i was away!!! WOOOOOOOOOOT.
Also summer, intermittent fasting works for a lot of reasons, but the basic rules of thermodynamics still apply. Where intermittent really starts to be "advantageous" vs normal eating patterns is that during the day you are optimizing fat mobilization. You can time your activity during the fast to make the maximal impact on fat and recuperate at night vs being in a constant " half fed half fat burning state"

yeah.. i totally missed this too.. and alot ppl may also... its so systematic of me to goin Fat Loss, scroll, scroll, scroll.... .. at the corner of my eyes when i scrolled back up, i was like.. holy hell batman, we got it.. haha...
i dunno if we get visibility being hidden within Fat Loss Forum or make it seperate like in Adv Nutrition, regardless, time to get some secrets and read up on some tricks.
PS... i've been able to maintain sub 8% for over a month now, i truly wonder how low a body can go and maintain it with the training i put myself into daily. =/

Good to see this section. I normally hover around 7% to 8% year-round but since breaking my elbow I had to stop most kinds of physical activity, and in the last 3 weeks I probably bumped up to 11% or so. I plan on using some of the info here to get back to where I was.
