hey guys just joined a gym after ive been working out at home for a year was just wondering what was the least busy time to go to the gym because i dont want to be waiting for equiptment if you get my drift opening hours are 7am - 4pm on a saturday thanks will rep!

Just like the other poster said. 11 am is a great time. In general, the entire afternoon is a good time for that matter.

I find the best time in my gym is either early on in the morning, or my choice about miday-dinner time (12-1.30), but as the guy said completely depends on the type of people who go to the gym.
