I don't post here often... but I've been on a dirty bulk for the last month and it has been working quite well. If my shoulders didn't hurt so much, I want to bring these back up more. Would love tips on good shoulder exercises.

Thanks guys. This is my first time in another state for more than a few days (month!)
All we have is like Chipotle and McDs. I bought a few basics foods to try to keep healthy but most days I just supplement with a bunch of candy or fast food. I just try to get protein from anywhere I can, friend chicken or rotisserie chicken, whichever is cheaper lol.
I did gain quite a bit of stomach fat though.
