Hi, I am 16 year old teenager looking to get down to 8% bodyfat, right now I am @ 170 pounds, 5'9 & probably 11-13 % BF. I am taking in ATLEAST 200 grams of protein, 2000 calories a day, 6 meals spaced out every 2 hours. HIIT every other day, still lifting VERY HEAVY & please don't say I am to small, I am a soccer player & I am looking to get in my best shape possible.
I recently bought some fish-oil however.. stupid me.. thought all fishoils were the same so i bought the cheapest kind.. which is about EPA 180 DHA 120. so my questions are.
How much grams of fishoil should i be taking??
would it be okay to take 20 capsules a day??
How much should be taken to actually make a difference in my fat loss regimen??
Does it matter when I take my fish oil?? like after before workout?? right when i wake up? before i sleep??

Aim to take in 2-3 Grams combined of DHA/EPA daily. Look at your tablets and see how much each tablet contains then work out how many you need.

Judgeing by the above I would need to take 9 Pills a day for 2.5g but seems like alot of fish oil for my weight, I am currently takeing 5 O.N Fish oil's a day, 2 at breakfest, 1 at lunch and 2 at bedtime...Do I need to up my Fish Oil...I noticed alot of people takeing more who are similar to my weight and I would love to maximize the fish oil benifits for my joints etc any help on this would be appreciated and below are the Nutritional Info of the O.N Fish Oils I am currently takeing...any info would be appreciated since I dont want to take too many or not take enough since I am currently trying to cut body fat and have an injured knee at the same so I could use all the help I can.
