    keep thighs & butt the same size but shrink waist & stomach

    help! What workouts can I do to do this?

    Heavy weight leg & thigh exercises like squats to make the quads/glutes big, then lowering bodyfat through diet for the waist.

    I'm pretty sure the ass will get smaller as you lose bodyfat though.

    Can't really spot train, I would just cut and eat under maintenance and workout. Maybe shed a few pounds and see what your body looks like

    if your going on a diet you'll lose fat overall and I don't think your butt and thigh will stay the same. Just lift heavier weight and s strict diet you'll be slimer overall.

    wow i wouldn't worry much i think you look great right now if you want to look even better then just drop some body fat by doing cardio and some leg exercises for the quads it looks from your profile pic that you have good ab definition underneath the little amount of fat have you played any sports before? you already look good though in like 2 months you should look amazing =O lol

    Fat at the waist line is the hardest for me to burn off too, i get the stubborn love handles. They say you cant spot reduce fat but i always seem to loose more around the waist when i focus on lower abs and obliques.

    Train you legs, squats are your friend as others mentioned. IF you get extra muscle you butt will look rounder and the top layer of fat will keep it looking feminine. Plus as you lose belly fat your curves will be more accentuated and noticable.

    I definitely agree with you, but have you ever seen these guys with "beer guts" and there chest and arms have some definition. I guess thats just genetics.

    Definately Deadlifts, ATG Squats, and GOod mornings! Diet is indeed most important to keeping ur midsection nice and lean (try assited weight (using some resistance) when doing crunches/abs as well) .. however training/lifting with heavy weights will assist in gaining mass nice good mass..

    Get your diet in check, make sure you do a decent amount of weight for legs so that you keep your muscle and/or grow more to offset the fat loss.
