I work basically all day and i can only workout during the evening. I was wondering what would be a good post workout meal/shake to consume for fat loss, if i'm going to bed roughly an hour after eating.
I also want to keep what muscle mass i currently have.
As of right now i consume:
- Dymatize Elite Whey Protein Isolate with skim milk
- 1/3 cup of large flake oatmeal
- 3g of fish or flax oil
