    Cool UpperBody/Bench Press

Hey I was wondering about a basic workout regiment that I could do in the school weight room for chests and upper body, and to get my mediocre bench stats up.For starters though I know push ups can help but I also want to incorporate weights.I would say that I am pretty competent when it comes to squatting,it's more of a commitment thing being in a sport and then being out from year to year. But my main concern is getting my bench and upper body stronger.
