my favorite is adding almond butter/cinnamon/truvia/WF caramel dip...
other ways i've had it were ground up into a chocolate banana protein shake, proats (bunch of diff ways...), homemade cookies (followed online recipes but used wheat flower instead of white), pancakes, etc."The weak-minded would shrink away from what must be done for fear of being ridiculed by the wicked" - Terry Goodkind

If you wanna drink it in your protein shake this is what I do for my post-workout shake. I grind up the oatmeal in a blender (I keep mine an old 1 lb. protein container so I don't have to make it each time and do a batch all at once) like a Magic Bullet or any other small food processor.
I mean i've added just the regular oatmeal to a shake before in a quick rush...but it's WAY to hard to swallow as you said.
As far as eating it cooked regular. For breakfast I just add the water (try different amounts as it changes the texture, I like a little water barely covering the oats) and nuke it in the microwave, add one serving of natural peanut butter, 1 serving of flax seed oil, and a dash of cinnamon. Thats how I have my oatmeal when cooked along with the rest of my breakfast. Hope that helps.Never Accept Defeat

I use Quaker Quick Oats. I cook in the microwave and then add about a 1 cup of frozen berries. Usually blueberries, but other kinds work too...raspberries, strawberries, etc... The frozen fruit cool the oatmeal enough so that you can eat it without waiting for it to cool down! Good stuff!!

I use quick oats too.
Add water and nuke in microwave for 2 minutes. Take out and add 1/4 cup strawberries or blueberries, 2 tbspns peanut butter, and a little splenda
I switch back and forth between oats and oatbran and the set up is pretty much the same except with oatbran I opt for sliced almonds in place of the peanut butter.

oats + eggs + fruits + cinamon + any kind of nut butter or flax seeds
Basically, ground them and put them instead of flour in the recipes
Pancakes
Cookies
Crepes
...
I also add them in shakes.
You can try some sour recipes as well.'Bodybuilders are mortally afraid of muscle loss while simultaneously being afraid of eating carbs at night which is a key tactic that can enhance lean mass preservation' A.Aragon

thank you all for the great help, I mean there is many ways to do it and I dont know which to choose for my cut.
I did a lil testing yesterday, and here is what I did
3/4 cup of oats
1/2 cup of skimmed milk
1 tsp of pb
1 tsp cinnamon
1 artificial sweetener
turned out to be great, but there were some areas that tastes like ****. I think because I cooked it too fast.
Anyway, what I did tastes so good and might have alot of cals which is not right for my diet, I am cutting as you know. So could you tell me the best recp for oats on a cutting diet?
Yeah, please mind my crappy English.
