    Rate me/give pointers: 17 yrs 5'10'' 165

    Before i begin:

    I don't plan on majoring in photography in case any of you are wondering.

    Also:

    I know i need to EAT. I'm trying.

    Stats:

    17 years old
    5'10''
    165 pounds
    Bench: 275
    Squats: 250ish
    Deads: ???

    I've never done a ORM for squats and I have just began deadlifting, so in other words, low.

    Edit: My back is weak, i really wish my lats were a lot bigger. Abs will come after i bulk and cut

    rate me, pointers, tips, whatever.

    shoot, you're huge haha. and impressive bench weight, i havent heard of too many people who can bench more than they can squat. but nice work!

    Not looking bad. I'd say that your back is lagging behind the rest of your body, especially in terms of width.

    Also, you got vids of that 275 bench?

    I wish it were a good thing, but all me being able to bench more than i squat means is that i have pussy ass legs. I neglected them for wayyyy too long when i began lifting.

    i know right lol. My max is around 265 and you dont look like youd be throwing that up without a spotters hands on the bar the entire time, terrible form, or a pulley assisted smith machine. I was thinking e-stats here, if not well done.

    I don't have a video. I don't have a bench of my own and I've never really thought it appropriate to go and take video of me lifting at the gym i go to. When i did the 275 (this was 1.5-2 weeks ago) my spotter helped me with the lift off and then tapped the bar with 2 fingers once. No grip on the bar, no real force, just a tap. I touched my chest and kept my ass on the bench. And this wasn't on a smith, this was a normal bench.

    Dude those are some nice camera ideas you should really think about photography using a tissue box as well as a mirror good work!

    Looks can be deceiving, which is why i said if its true then congrats, because i know for a fact that people dont think i can bench what i can half the time. But i know what i can put up and have consistently outbenched a lot my boys that weigh 30-40 lbs more than me.
