Ill be traveling for 2 weeks to a rural place and will not have access to a gym for that period.. Ill take protein with me and my diet will be fine but what can I do to make sure I don't lose muscle mass ?? P.s I'm 165 and 5'9
I can probably take resistance bands with me and do basic workouts..

Don't really think you'll lose muscle over that time, if its a vacation, just take the 2 weeks off, I'm sure you'll be fine and your body will thank you, maybe its just a mental thing, and if you have to, bring resistance bands with you and do some basic workouts like you said. just keep your diet right
