    no access to gym... how to maintain muscle

    Ill be traveling for 2 weeks to a rural place and will not have access to a gym for that period.. Ill take protein with me and my diet will be fine but what can I do to make sure I don't lose muscle mass ?? P.s I'm 165 and 5'9

    I can probably take resistance bands with me and do basic workouts..

    2 weeks is nothing man dont worry about it. as long as you arent starving yourself you should come back just as strong as before. i had to take like 3 weeks off for exams but i still ate enough food and came back as strong as i was before.

    Don't really think you'll lose muscle over that time, if its a vacation, just take the 2 weeks off, I'm sure you'll be fine and your body will thank you, maybe its just a mental thing, and if you have to, bring resistance bands with you and do some basic workouts like you said. just keep your diet right

    Get yourself a pull-up bar and do bodyweight exercises ect.

    I am going to India for a month.. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Muscle memory will happen when you get back to it. You wouldn't lose much in 2 weeks unless your diet is complete chit.
