Ok so last week, after I did my back/biceps, I realized i had a patch of red dots underneath my skin on the inside of my right forearm. Didn't hurt, just weird little red dots underneath the skin, but just a patch not my whole arm.
The spots were pretty much gone this morning, anyways..
Today, when I was doing deadlifts i realized the same spot that I had those dots was all red.... Didn't hurt, but it was red and now i have a bit of those dots again but not as many.
Any thoughts?? Thanks guys, i'd really appreciate a serious answer.

Probably small busted veins?
It's happened to me before when my forearm strength wasn't necessarily caught up with my DL strength.
Get them all the time when I'm straining hard. There are really tiny capillaries under the surface of the skin that can break easily with strenuous activities. They usually go away around the same time you stated as well. Plus, the fact that they only occur when you're doing very strenuous activities (lifting).
Don't worry OP, you're fine. But if you're really worried about them, there are *possible* other causes, but to me it's doubtful. Just call your doc to make sure.*US Army Vet*

prolly your forearms were rubbing up against your legs/shorts during DL and it irritated the skin. or heat rash, popped blood vesicles

Hi,
I just wanted to post on this forum the possibility it could be Niacin Flush. I've gotten this same issue. I just started back into working out and eating a lot more meat and taking supplements. And I get red spots on my skin after taking some supplements or after eating a big protein packed meal. They're light colored pinkish red spots that occur kind of all over my body. Mostly arms and legs. Kinda looks like it's my pores turning red almost. Anyway I'm fairly certain it is what is called "Niacin Flush". You can google for more information. But I noticed that I got this mostly after eating or taking suppplements. So it makes sense. Hope this helps.
