yea, and stop using Pudzianowski as an example. He is not the typical "powerlifter", he competes in STRONGMAN, MMA, and plays Rugby. He has an athletes body, not a powerlifter. Powerlifters are those who compete in weightlifting bench, deadlift, and squat. Olympic Lifters and Strongmen are a completely different category.

So it's true that you have to be fat in order to be a powerlifter, right? I thought it was true, but never got it verified.
Good to know you can't be athletic/toned and powerlift. That makes the powerlifter/bodybuilder choice easy.

my friend is a competitive BB'er looking to go pro. he's like 5'10" 250lbs. chicks don't appeal to huge guys as much as we do (no homo). we respect huge guys cause we understand the amount of work/dedication they put in to reach that physique. however, girls just think there's a line where its too big for their interest, regardless of whether they're lean or not.

a pl can still be ripped in fact majority are ripped because want most muscle for weight class. Only ones not ripped are shw, and pro bodybuilders look just as disgusting as fat powerlifter to average women.
