IMO none of them, but I've only used a few of them and never even considered buying one. Bowflex is not very popular around here due to their poor quality. If you're looking for an all in one machine I'd look up functional trainers (hoist is an ok place to start) or leverage gyms (powertec hass the most well known home version).

Or go the more popular free weight route and look into a power rack, bench, weight set combo.

For the price you can get something better (less chance of outgrowing). The resistance of the Bowflex is no where close to actual weight. As mentioned if you don't care to try using free-weights then look into a Leverage Gym or nice All-In-One (not the cheaper ones). You can go to a Dick's Sporting Goods and look over the PowerTec Leverage Gyms. They have a floor model of each unit (at least around me).

Either he is a troll or to stupid to live. Even the cheapest bowflex has stuff for chest, that all you see them doing in the commercials.

Since 99% of his posts are in the misc I'm betting on to stupid to live.

Just continue to lift heavy and take a good multi.
    No brain, no gain.

    You can't out-train bad nutrition.

The best one is the one you sell to another sucker on Craigslist for more than you paid for it.
