Hey everybody, I am brand new here and would appreciate your input on my situation! I am 5'3", And over the past 2 years gone from 195lbs down to my current 122lbs. I went from a size 14-16 to a 4-6.
The issue is, I look great in clothes, but when I'm undressed I have "loose" areas, particularly my lower abs, thighs and arms. My body isn't tight at All and I'm having a hard time turning my fat into muscle. I feel skinny/fat and it's taking a toll on me...
I am committed to doing whatever it takes and anything that could help I'd really appreciate-thanks!

You are having a hard time turning your fat into muscle because that's not possible.
Sounds like you burned the fat, but aren't doing what you need to put on the muscle. Can't tell from the limited information in your post.
Do you weight train? What do you do? What is your diet like?https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=17995794

I'm sorry, I meant burn fat and gain muscle! I do limited at home workouts, I was sure I needed to add in cardio so I bought the p90x system.
my diet is healthy as possible, I eat 4-5 small meals a day and stick to whole grain, veggies, lean meats, etc. I do notice that I have been snacking at night when bored and am trying to cut that out.

OK, first of all, cardio will not help you build muscle. You need to hit the weights and hit them heavy. P90X should work if you are following the whole program.
As for diet, are you measuring things out and tracking it? I'd recommend doing that to see where you are ending up calorie and macro wise. Post up more specific info and people will chime in with recommendations (I am not a diet expert). You don't mention any fats. If you're not eating healthy fats (nuts, olive oil, etc.) I'd add them in.https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=17995794

This woman knows what's up.
You can have the best workout routine in the world but if your diet isn't where it needs to be you won't get the results you deserve. I don't know what your diet is but if you're wanting to build muscle I'm willing to bet you need to up the calories and protein atleast a little.
Most of the women I know don't eat near enough protein to be able to "add" muscle, for the most part they've been maintaining the same body as long as I've known them.Texas Crew
