Could you explain what you mean by your "BMI"? If you are referring to your body mass index (BMI) that is nothing more than a ratio between your height and weight and has nothing to due with caloric expenditure. If you are referring to your Basal metabolic rate (BMR) that would be the amount of Calories you would burn at rest, without including exercise. However, I doubt that it would be 2700 Calories.
In short, explain how you came about these numbers and how you calculated your total caloric intake. Guys have a tendency to over-predict their intakes.

ok well this is the other day. when you see a not so healthy meal that is lunch time because i was at work and all there is, is beach food.
Note if you look at the graph some days arent logged or have 4000 calories, Sometimes i stop keeping track but i didnt stop eating at that point i just stopped tracking them

First off, when you log in the "homemade" mac and cheese are you sure of the exact macros of the meal? Same goes for the Dominos pizza the serving seems pretty vague just be sure youre not totaling in more than youre eating.
As for the rest of your diet, you seem to be taking in enough healthy fats, as for the rest id drop carbs a bit and up your protein intake by adding more meats and fish to your diet.
Sub out 1 of the yogurts for oats maybe and have you considered bringing along some tuna w/some whole grain bread when youre at work maybe? IF you are eating all of that then subbing out for oats and extra meats/proteins should do the trick.
Id suggest maybe making your own weight gain shake to take to work if tuna seems too inconvenient. Oats, natty pb, whey, milk, blend it up, easy take-along calories, bam.
good luck.--Misc Cut like Diamonds by June Crew--

Forgot to add, along with adding in more whole foods instead of just yogurt and juice i highly recommend egg whites, whole grain cereals, breads, and oats for breakfast. Youd also be better off subbing the fruit juice for real fruit if you have to have the sugars, the juices are more than likely nothing but sugary carbs that arent really necessary for your goals.

ya i usually have more protein this was kind of a bad day. But your right about the mac and cheese but i usually pick ones with the lowest calories. Like i don't have a slice of pizza and then put it in and i see one with 300 calories and one with 250, i usually would go with the 250 to make sure im not adding in calories i didnt eat. But Ya i usually have more protein than this around 215grams or so. But this is how i have been eating for past month or so and im not gaining at all. I am trying to do about 4000 calories now i just feel that me being so small and 21 i should have this much trouble gaining. I also sleep about 8 hours a night.
