Not true, coming from someone who has used a shred stack it its a legit product.... by itself your not really going to be able to expect huge results from just the mega shred because its only your EFA complex plus MCT's. Definitely good to help you tone up, but pairing it with a good thermo will help you out a great deal more.

and fyi the assault in the shred stack is a 2 for 1 dose of lipo 6 black ( 2 capsules lipo=1 cap assault) plus assault had built in bcaa's.

Complete Nutrition has always worked well for me. At least put an example why they sucks.

I just picked up a bottle of mega shred as well, is there anything particular I should stack it with for bigger cuts? Right now I'm just taking that along with whey protein, animal paks, beta-alanine, and scivation xtend
