Hi. Can anyone offer some advice? I have started kickboxing and some if the warmup routines involve stretching, I have difficulty keeping my legs straight when around upright on the floor, feels very tight behind knees. I also cannot open my legs very wide. Can anyone offer som suggestions for stretches/exercises that will increase leg flexibility?
