Nothing cures after work out aches like pure beef gelatin which is about 90% collagen, 10% calcium. In every case where I was sore or worse, reached levels of tearing, 1-2 table spoons of this stuff mixed with distilled water allowed to slightly gel for maybe 3-5 minutes has me recouped in sometimes less than an HOUR.

Last night I was in HELL. Shoulders were hurting more with each passing hour and I don't like taking anti-inflammatories.
2 table spoons had me from living hell to 100% pain free less than an hour later.
I use the raw, unflavored Now stuff and buy it in bulk.
