    lifting heavy while cutting?

    i was just wondering is it ok to lift heavy while cutting. or will it affect my cutting phase.

    It's fine. It's probably the best way to ensure you keep the strength you had, or close to, prior to the cut.

    the only way to lift..whether cutting or bulking...is to lift heavy...u lift heavy to build the muscle so u gotta lift heavy to keep it..u start doing that stupid low weight high rep bullshiit in a caloric deficit while adding cardio and u have the recipe for some nice muscle loss
