I do not. I don't know if I am necessarily doing it right, but it has worked so far and from what I have read I see no need for isolations in a strength routine, personally.
I probably do an isolation excercis once or twice a month, though I plan to change things after my deload and vacation, at which point I may do two isolation excercises per week.

yes to ASSIST the main movements(max effort stuff and supplemental).
I use whatever gets the pump going and taxes the muscle being worked, the end.I dont try to go up in weight everytime, just every so often i figure out that something is too easy so I use more weight. We the type of crew, to get fresh just to sit in the living room.-Bill O'Reilly

some iso exercises can help, I'm not really talking db preacher curls and tricep extensions while balancing on a bosu ball here lol.
I think some exercises like chest supported rows, one arm db rows, skullcrushers, JH extensions, hypers, ab work, etc. Maybe some of these aren't quite isos but you see my point. Doing some good accessory work can help your big lifts, maybe won't do wonders, but Wendler said himself in the 5/3/1 e-book that Kroc Rows really helped. Key is find good accessory work (where you may have some isos) and just do them

btw OP, I dont consider things like rows and such as "iso" lifts
they use your back, rear delts, some traps, bi's, and forearms.
concentration curls use your biceps and forearms to grip the weight..unless you use straps...in which case you're a pussy. We the type of crew, to get fresh just to sit in the living room.-Bill O'Reilly
