    About me:

I am a married 37 year old who has been lifting for 2 years, with most of that time on a cut. Have gone from 270lb to 175lb and now back up to 180lb on a bulk.

Currently on a dirtyish bulk but plan on trying to clean it up a bit in the coming weeks.
I eat about 3000kcal a day and get over 200g of protein a day.

My daily, 7 day average intake:

    Kcal consummed: 3038kcal
    Carbs: 303g, 38%
    Protein: 252g, 32%
    Fat 104g, 30%

My exercise routine is as follows:

Tuesday: Legs and Shoulders: Primary Exercise: Squats, military press.
Wednesday: run hills, 4.4miles in 36minutes.
Thursday: Chest, primary exercise: Bench press, flys.
Friday: Back, Primary exercise: Deadlifts, Wide grip pullups, rows.
    Saturday: Run 4.4miles in 36minutes.
    Sunday: Off

Normally burn around 750kcal each day with legs and back being my two big burn days.
I have been lifting progressively adding either reps or weight each week to the primary exercise.
I take a week off from lifting every 12 weeks or so.

    My Measurements:

    Taken 8/1/2010 (Sunday):

    Chest: 41 inch
    Arm (R, flexed): 14.5 inch
    Hips: 36.5 inch
    Waist: 35 inch
    Thigh (R): 23 inch
    Calves (R): 16 inch
    Forearm (R): 11.5 inch
    Shoulders: 48 inch
    Neck: 15 inch

Body Fat % is about 15% (measured 722/2010):

    Back: 12mm

    Current Supplementation:

    2x Orange Triad
    2x D4 Thermal Extreme.
1 Scoop of Choc XF Whey with one scoop of Oximega Greens

    Post Workout:
    Golden Gains

    Pre Bed:
    Casein

So that's me. I will post some photos soon so you can be the judge if this product effects a noticeable change. I am, like everyone one else on this planet, looking to add lean mass and magically reduce BF% at the same time.

This is my first sponsored log and know that I will not be BS'ing when it comes to my opinion of this product. If it is Shit I will not hesitate to say so. That said I think a good T booster is what is missing with my supplementation and have high hopes of Titanium from Athletix.

Now for a natural Test boost:

Alright, the Titanium arrived today yeahaa just in time for chest day!
Open one container and wow, it sure smells like walnuts in there. Counted out the caps and there were 62 caps in the bottle so right on. Anyway lets start from the beginning so you have an idea about diets.

This is a typical day and I will not be listing my diet each day as monday-friday I eat the same thing pretty much each day so:

6am: 1/4 cup of Kashi Crunch, 1/2 cup of Fiber1, 1/4 cup of Kashi golean and a dash of 2% milk. 1 scoop of XF Whey Chocolate with 1 scoop of Oximega greens.
Supplements, 2 Orange Triad, 1 Oximega Fish Oil, 2 D4 Thermal Shock.

9am: ***e 0% Greek Yogurt with Organic apple sauce, XF Whey Artic Lemonade. 2 T7.

11:30am: large Salad with 4oz of chicken breast, 2 orange triad, 2 higher power fish oil, 2 milk thistle, 1 D4 Thermal Shock.

2:30pm: Planters Big Nut bar Chocolate, 1 T7.

5pm: pre workout snack: 2 slices of wheat toast with peanut butter, banana, 2 Titanium, 1 oximega fish oil, 2 orange triad .

5:30pm: 8 Gakic, 2 scoops of White Flood, 1 scoop of Green Mag.

    6pm: workout

7:45pm: 2 scoops of Golden Gains

8:30pm: dinner, normally like a couple of eggs, lean meat on beans or veg.

    10pm: Casein Shake.

That's my normal diet and when I take my supplements. Weekends are a little different but I want to tighten up my weekend diet.

    So my workout today.

Took 2x Athletix Titanium with my preworkout meal at 5pm and took my normal preworkout supplements 30 minutes later.

Was in a ****ty mood before taking the Titanium but felt much better by the time I got to the gym.

Chest Day (decline) today. I rotate flat, incline and deline as the first exercise of the day and the primary exercise. Chest is my weakest of of the three big exercise so don't expect any big numbers from me but I do focus on form above all else.

    Decline Barbell Bench:
    45lb x 50
    135lb x 20
    185lb x 10
    205lb x 3
    205lb x 4
    205lb x 3
    175lb x 6
    175lb x 6
    155lb x 10
    155lb x 10
    155lb x 8
    45lb x 50

    Incline Barbell Bench:
    45lb x 10
    50lb dumbbells x 6
    115lb x 10
    115lb x 10
    135lb x 5
    115lb x 6
    45lb x 40

    Cable
    Flat flyes:
    3 sets 20lb x 10
    Decline Flyes:
    3 sets 20lb x 10
    Incline Cable Flies:
    3 sets 15lb x 10.

So that was it, took about 1:30 and rest time was limited to my workout partners set.

Looking forward to using Titanium to progressively increase these numbers.

    now for the important stuff.

How dare you use Alessandra to try and win the best log contest lol! Good log so far will keep an eye on it. I saw you said you were in a crappy mood before the gym, did you feel the titanium helped you feel better? I ask because the LCLT did enough for me that I could skip coffee at times and still feel fantastic, I couldn't believe how well it worked when I originally tested the ingredient profile, I didn't put it in there for that reason but once I felt it I packed that capsule as much as I could with it lol.

As for the two capsules I told the company doing the encapsulation I wanted a bottle that would perfectly fit 60+ capsules and not a capsule less. I advised them to always do an overage of at least 1 capsule to ensure you get what your supposed to.

Thanks again for the log my man!

oh man, if Alessandra doesn't help me win the best log I have no idea what would

One other thing I forgot to mention yesterday was I got a massive pump going. My chest looked and felt huge (comparitively).

    feltgoodman.jpg

Looking forward to back day today. Going to hit widegrip pullups (very weak at this pullup too) and then onto sumo deadlifts. Last week hit 315lb for 6 so going for 315lb x 7.

I will be sure to let you know how it goes.

Oh and dosing I have decided to do 2 weeks at 2 a day, 2 weeks at 4 a day and the last 2 weeks at 2 a day (and then with the help of Alessandra after I win the 3rd bottle I will run 3 weeks at 3 a day )

    strong supplement storage shelf.

Looking forward to seeing your progress, you're already looking fairly lean.

Also, I am sorry you are under the impression that you will be winning the 3rd bottle of titanium. The only way that will happen is if I end up getting banned from bb.com (30% chance).

Alright, Friday is in the bag and I hit my target of sumo deadlift of 315lb x 7 in the gym today although it was very messy (see video below)

Anyway my diet was same as usual but I moved the Planters bar to my morning snack and had a muffin and coffee cake around 2:30pm (after 2pm my coffee cart offers 2 bakery goods for the price of one, so jumped on that).

Took 2x Titanium one hour before workout with an XF Whey Chocolate and Oximega Greens shake (so yummmmmmmy) and had my usual supplements as listed above.

    Back day:

    No cardio warmup.

    Wide grip pull ups.
8,6,6,5,5 =30 (better than last week)

    Str leg deadlift 135lb x 10
    Regular Deadlift 135lb x 10
    Sumo Deadlift:
    135lb x 10
    225lb x 10
    315lb x 7
    315lb x 4
    315lb x 4
    225lb x 10

    BB Bent over rows:
    135lb x 10 (3 sets)

    Lat pull downs (wide grip)
    120lb x 12
    135lb x 10
    150lb x 9
    165lb x 6

    Seated Rows:
    135lb x 10 (3 sets)

    Curl bar Bicep curls
    80lb x 7
    80lb x 6
    80lb x 5

    Some lower ab stuff.

Had a great workout man, both myself and y workout buddy felt exhausted by the end and I guess that is a marker for an intense workout. Back feels nice and full and I am sure I get some DOMS tomorrow or Sunday.

Ah by the way, great DOMS in y chest today which I normally don't get so presume the volume from yesterday had the desired effect.

The only negative thing i can say at this point is that for the first few sets of deadlifts i was burping up some walnut tasting burps , not vomit inducing but sure did notice the flavor.

Two good workouts, depending on how I feel I might kill some cardio both days this weekend, if so I will drop both caps pre cardio to see how it effects my endurance.

It fact I started it to look at my form on deads and squats and since I started I have had several people ask me to video them so they can review and work on their form. It is a really useful tool to get a good idea what your back is doing, are you rocking forward onto your toes, that sort of thing.

I find Sumo much easier to not round my back on. I think I still have stiff hips and it can be hard to get down into a regular stance with a tight, locked in back. Also I am doing deadlifts to hit my back not so much my legs as I hit squats on leg day, so I don't mind too much the hip drive and starting high in the stance.

Today I took two caps pre run around 5pm. Again with the burping of walnuts but i took them after 3 mike hard lemonades (while doing some paver work in the backyard) so I have to put the burping down to them. Don't normally run after alcohol but still had a great run, hit stairs that go up about 130 feet on a 45 degree angle 4 times. ran to the stairs, about 1.5 miles, run up the stairs, would stop at the top for 3-4 minutes then run around, about .5 mile to the base again and run back up, hit the stairs 4 times and then run back home, we were away for 75 minutes so it was a great workout, breathing hard.

Was one of my more intense cardio days in a long time for sure.

See how I feel, I might do a low and slow run tomorrow for 5 miles if I can move after today, also have to move in about 200 foot square pavers tomorrow so that might be my workout right there.

Oh and picked up 12lb of whey from Costco today, Cytosport 100% whey chocolate. Tasted really good and I am use to XF so that is saying something. Highly recommend at $28 for 6.6lb.

Now my workout plan for tonight...

Morning Weigh in 185.4lb. Workout: Arms

I am normally my heaviest on a Monday and lightest on Thursday morning after Wednesday cardio.

Had a completely ****ty workout today. got busy at work and forgot to take my lunch time caffeine and by 5 a clock I was seriously dragging ass with the start of a headache. Did my normal diet but ended up eating lunch at 3pm.
Took 2 Titanium caps at 5pm and my pre workouts at 5:45pm, hit the gym at 6:30pm without my workout partner.

    Started with Dips:
    Body Weight: 10, 10
    Weighted:
    35lb x 10
    35lb x 4 (WTF! Last week I did 3 sets of 35lb x 10)
    45lb x 6 (again wtf, last week hit a couple of sets 45lb x 8)
    55lb x 2
    55lb x 3
    45lb x 4
    45lb x 4
    35lb x 4
    35lb x 5
    Body weight: 10, 12, 10

    Pullups: 10, 8, 6, 6

Curl Bar Skull Crushers supersetted with Seated Bicep Curls
    70lb x 10 + 70lb x 10
    70lb x 10 + 70lb x 10
    70lb x 10 + 70lb x 7

Cable Rope Push Downs super set with Cable Rope Bicep Hammer Curls
    120lb x 6 + 100lb x 10
    110lb x 10 + 100lb x 10
    110lb x 10 + 110lb x 10

Cable Flat Bar Reverse Pulldown and Curls
    100lb x 10 + 90lb x 10
    100lb x 15 + 90lb x 10

Some Overhead extension, Oblique and weighted (45lb plate held overhead) decline bench sit ups.

Got a good pump and looked huge but still felt like crap. When I got hope I measured my bicep and it was 15.5 inches so I put on at least an an inch in pump but I am sure more as I measured almost an hour after I finished working out.

Not my first crappy workout but I really hope tomorrows leg workout is better than today's.

    Feeling slightly violent today!....

Yip, crappy workouts are crappy. I have decided I am way too dependant on Caffeine and will cycle off again over the next couple of weeks.

I have dropped down to one D4 in the AM and will take one Thermaphoria (EST) at lunch as they have 50mg of caffeine each. in a few days I will will take a thermaphoria in the am and again at lunch then just one in the am. Still going to be taking Whiteflood pre workout until it is gone as Whiteflood doesn't store very well. Not looking forward to doing this again. Last time I cycled off caffeine was directly after a hernia operation and I had ******** to help me through.
