    How much bigger is your dominant arm?

    It's getting annoying. My left arm is about half an inch smaller than my right. it's mostly the tri. I'm going to start doing more dumbell work and giving left priority (Rep out the weight on left arm and only match it on right even tho I can do more probably). I know this is fairly normal and most people say leave it will eventually even out, it's pretty annoying.

    So how big is your dominant arm or what did you do to fix it?

    My right is my dominant arm but my left arms is slightly larger because the bicep peaks more lol.

    My left arm is about 0.5" smaller than my right and I also have a noticeable chest imbalance. I just try to ignore them really as trying to isolate one doesn't always have the desired effect. Just keep pushing hard and they should even out, at least, that's what I hope will happen

    True brah but the thing i've noticed with myself is that the gap isn't closing, it's getting bigger. When I isolating 1 arm i'm still lifting with very high intensity and pushing myself hard. I'm thinking might aswell try and close the gap as much as possible. but atleast i know it's normal

    Yeah it's pretty common from what I've noticed. I wouldn't worry about it too much, I mean, it's not like they are right next to each other for comparison like your pecs are.
