Some info on how its been for me thus far...
In the beginning I couldn't stick with anything. I couldn't decide on what my diet should be, what my workout routines should be, or even complete the routines.
But all of that has changed in the last month and half or so. I've dropped roughly 22lbs and its still going. My diet has been high protein (170-200g a day) and right around 2000 cals. I try to keep it as clean as possible, but once in awhile I catch myself craving something sweet but rarely give in.
I started with just cardio for my workouts. Running up to 6 miles a day (started with a half mile, lol) and I love it, never thought I would love running so much. Last week I implemented weights in my routine.
What to do?
As I lose the weight should I re-evaluate the amount of calories I should be taking in or should I just leave it till I don't notice a change and then lower it?
My goal:
Drop to about 220 and do a clean bulk.
