Ok, so I threw in my late December picture for comparison, and you can see my 7 month progress pics in my bodyspace. I switched to 2 hours of biking instead of 1 hour of running, and have upped my calories and that seems to be working well.

Keep in mind, that 1st pic was actually 6 weeks after I started working out, but just before I started eating right. So my pics 6 weeks prior to that look about the same. Besides, I do not have any with my shirt off 6 weeks prior.

Good as new. I started with a Mountain Bike, but because I was on the street so much, I went out and got me a nice Felt Road Bike. I love every moment I am on that bike. On the mountain bike I like to hit some dirt trails, but I was replacing tires a lot from all the Goat Heads.
Yes, that is what I do. I found the time by taking a long 18 mile scenic route to and from work every day by a river trail. I lift and eat my before and after workout meals durring lunch. I have really had to focus on nutrition to support my activities. But because I am eating the right foods, maintaining a deficit to loose the fat, and eating at the right times to support my weight lifting workouts, I have been able to replace the unwanted fat with the wanted muscle.Qualify as a Bar-barian by Fall 2011.
