Hip surgery ... what should I do??

Just had hip surgery about a month ago. I can't run/jump for about 6 months but I am able to do upper body stuff (obviously no deadlifts, squats etc ...)
    BUMMER

I want to stay active, but don't want to to overdue it. Maybe do an upper/lower split and just do the upper 2x a week (or should I do it 3x)?

    Any advice?

Speak to your doctor bud, he/she's the only one qualified to answer your question.
