    1. Protein 300 grams (1.5g/lb), I do high carb or high fat days whenever I start craving either one of those two macros (but I keep calories same in both cases)

    2. Traditional bodybuilding "wisdom" tells us high carb and low fat is the way to bulk. But the truth is those sensitive to carbs will do better with more fat and less carbs.

    when you're bulking, macros aren't that important. once your body gets sufficient protein, carb, and fat, the rest can pretty much come from any of the categories and will all basiaclly go to the same storage form. so while you're bulking it, don't worry about it too much beyond getting "enough"
