1. Protein 300 grams (1.5g/lb), I do high carb or high fat days whenever I start craving either one of those two macros (but I keep calories same in both cases)
2. Traditional bodybuilding "wisdom" tells us high carb and low fat is the way to bulk. But the truth is those sensitive to carbs will do better with more fat and less carbs.
