    what are carbs? are they the same as carbohydrates? how about calories, whats their place in building muscle?

    I hate low carb diets, but your post is wrong. All of it. All 3 sentences are not true. Carbs are actually NOT essential. Carbs are not the only fuel source, and low carb dieters are not all low energy. In fact those sensitive to carbs are low energy when they ingest carbs
