Just picked up creatine again. and im going ramp up my water intake like a man. none of this pussy 1 gallon a day ****.
1 gallon = 128 oz
therefore 200 oz = about 1.6 gallons
brb becoming a fish and gettting swole. i chose 200 oz cause i have a 40 oz water bottle. brb drinking 5 a day.

I get in about 1.5 gallons. Most of it is around work out. Even then I don't need it because my piss turns clear.

ive drank a **** load of water today and ive only pissed about 3 times. i think im retaining b/c i press on my lower belly and hear a "swoosh" sound of liquid. feels bad

Lol I'd be lucky to get in a gallon of water a day being completely honest. Guys drinking 2 gallons a day are most likely e starting or not counting correctly OR not eating enough. With all the food I eat in a day I just can't seem to drink alot. Some ppl might be taking in that much, but to be it just doesn't seem likely

ya to be honest thats what i thought
i use to think i drank a gallon + per day. then when i actually started tracking it, i was drinking 3-4 bottles of a 20oz which is not even close to a gallon
the more you drink, the more you realize how much you have to drink to really hit numbers like 1.5+ gallons

On off days I probably drink 3 cups directly and maybe 3 cups from food.
Remember we get a lot of water from food, especially if your diet is high in fruits and vegetables.

Yeah I drink about a little over half a gallon per workout, and maybe like 20-30oz the rest of the day. And on off days about half a gallon. But since I started doing that I've sweated tons more. My shirt changes a darker color by the end lol. But on my off days I piss soooo much. But I can't go with less water I get too thirsty.
