    Cool New health goal: 200 Oz. Water a day

    Just picked up creatine again. and im going ramp up my water intake like a man. none of this pussy 1 gallon a day ****.

    1 gallon = 128 oz

    therefore 200 oz = about 1.6 gallons



    brb becoming a fish and gettting swole. i chose 200 oz cause i have a 40 oz water bottle. brb drinking 5 a day.

    Drinking a lot of water has proven to be kind of a bitch for me... I drink about 1.2 gallons/day and I am pretty much constantly thirsty And have to piss all the time

    I drink well over 2 gallons a day, I have hyperhydrosis lol

    (It means I sweat 3-4 times more than anyone else)

    I can wring out my shirts after running; several times. It will look like I jumped in a pool.

    It's kinda annoying and gross, but hey what can I do about it.

    I get in about 1.5 gallons. Most of it is around work out. Even then I don't need it because my piss turns clear.

    When your piss turns clear, you don't need anymore water. At least that's how it is for me.

    If it gets like a dark yellow then I know I'm getting dehydrated and need to drink more.

    It depends,I usually drink 0.5-1 gallon on my off days and When I am training I go threw sooo much water,a little over 2 gallons I think

    ive drank a **** load of water today and ive only pissed about 3 times. i think im retaining b/c i press on my lower belly and hear a "swoosh" sound of liquid. feels bad

    Lol I'd be lucky to get in a gallon of water a day being completely honest. Guys drinking 2 gallons a day are most likely e starting or not counting correctly OR not eating enough. With all the food I eat in a day I just can't seem to drink alot. Some ppl might be taking in that much, but to be it just doesn't seem likely

    i use to think i drank a gallon + per day. then when i actually started tracking it, i was drinking 3-4 bottles of a 20oz which is not even close to a gallon


    the more you drink, the more you realize how much you have to drink to really hit numbers like 1.5+ gallons

    On off days I probably drink 3 cups directly and maybe 3 cups from food.

    Remember we get a lot of water from food, especially if your diet is high in fruits and vegetables.

    I only drink a lot on lifting days and it's because I pause and drink several huge gulps between each set of every exercise.

    Exactly bro, alot harder than it seems. Same thing with calories. Ppl claim to eat like 4k+ but when they actually count them one day it's like 2.5k.

    Yeah I drink about a little over half a gallon per workout, and maybe like 20-30oz the rest of the day. And on off days about half a gallon. But since I started doing that I've sweated tons more. My shirt changes a darker color by the end lol. But on my off days I piss soooo much. But I can't go with less water I get too thirsty.

    I have been doing 1 gallon a day. Today, wanting to lower calorie intake, I had 200 Oz and it feels great.
    Though everyone is different, most of us are NOT getting enough water and they would be better off drinking more.
