Hey whatsup guys, originally from the 808 and transferring to OSU gonna be my first time in oregon. Just a quick question tho, are there any like hardcore gyms up near corvallis? I'm talkin like a metroflex or monster garage gym. Honestly, closest we have here to that would probably be UFC gym but i was looking for a more hardcore environment where EVERYBODY is serious about training not just there to workout. I'm not downin people like that, it's just it's alot more inspiring and motivating for me when i'm surrounded by other people who are also just obsessed with training.

I'm a huge fan of just old fashioned, beat up, raw gyms. Stuff like 24 and UFC is just too new school for me. If anyone knows or feels the same as me and knows a good small gritty gym, please let me know!

Its a supersport tho and I'd have to upgrade - grrr
any other gyms close to I-5 up there? i know there's a LA Fitness, but I'm thinking smaller, more lifting oriented gyms

Yeah, I had the membership to go to any. I'm over in se OR now myself.

Yep, that's the one. It's relatively nice.

Has anyone been to Bridgetown Crossfit and Barbell Club? I saw that they have an Olympic weightlifting workshop that runs for 6 weeks. Pretty interested in it, looks like fun.

Nice that they opened a mini Walmart next door now. I liked that gym. Very open floor plan.
