    nitric oxide before cardio?

    I'm hoping someone can give me some guidance on this; I recently began using a pre-workout N.O. supplement and I'm wondering if I should consume it on the days I do cardio as well? I know it's probably a dumb question but help a rookie out!

    I take SP250 before a run....love the extra boost.

    The only thing is I have to make sure I drink more water during my run because it dehydrates me a bit.

    It can help for a little extra boost, but I agree that Pre supps tend to make you sweat a bit more, so just make sure you're getting more water. Other than that, if you're on a tight budget, you may want to consider the fact that your tub will drain quicker this way.
