You get what you pay for. It is the best multi vitamin, bar none, no argument. Search around on it. Yes it is expensive. I ordered myself some for the first time the other day, should arrive today or tomorrow. Found it for $35 a bottle and got 4. (they are sold out now)

And there's no big difference between capsules and pills...one is small and oblong. The other is oblong....and small......

It contains Green Tea Extract (45% EgCG; 1% Caffeine).

And there are studies out there that say that if you take pills you only digest 20-30% of the product and poop out the rest. And with powder or capsules you digest 70-80% of the product.

However, I am getting quite tired of paying for expensive multi's month after month after month. I'm considering switching to something more basic, as the difference really is not that drastic..

I have been using Sport Formula powder packs. You just dump the pack under you tongue and the powder melts under your tongue.

They are $$$ it is $30 bucks or higher for 30 days worth. It is a good product but just looking for something cheaper.
