    The Situation

    why is it that he doesnt workout back? my friend has a flat back and just big arms,shoulders,chest.

    Seems that if u arent wide but have big arms n such that is doesnt look bad

    if you want a beach body,dont workout back. Makes u look slim and ur arms look bigger since they just hang down from your shoulders, if you got a big back with big arms, they wont just hang straight down. hard to explain.

    but if u want the bodybuilder look=big,wide,thick etc workout everything

    i must say...I dont think i've ever seen the back of anyone who has a "beach body" lol. I really dont know what it would look like? A "skinny-fat" back I assume? So a good looking front side and then when you turn you show a flabby or "soft" looking back? cant picture it

    so doesnt anyone wanna guess his routine (srs) dont include back in the split, since he obviously doesnt work it out. or legs...just arms shoulders,chest,abs

    monday:arms+abs
    wednesday:chest+shoulders+abs
    friday:arms+abs

    this look like a legit beach body routine?

    if you work a lot of chest and shoulders but no back, you'll probably experience a lot of shoulder pain down the road. also, back exercises are the best for putting mass on your arms and add to some trap size and give you a good v-taper. not to mention, you can add a TON of muscle to your back to boost your resting metabolic rate and get away with eating more.
