why is it that he doesnt workout back? my friend has a flat back and just big arms,shoulders,chest.
Seems that if u arent wide but have big arms n such that is doesnt look bad

if you work a lot of chest and shoulders but no back, you'll probably experience a lot of shoulder pain down the road. also, back exercises are the best for putting mass on your arms and add to some trap size and give you a good v-taper. not to mention, you can add a TON of muscle to your back to boost your resting metabolic rate and get away with eating more.
