brb pacing back and forth in between sets
brb walking around gym when equipment I need isn't available
brb weighing my self in change room before lifting everytime
brb takingpiss before every workout in change room

brb writing everything down in my notebook
brb chalk everywhere
brb making of fun of people doing stupid workouts
brb my wraps, belt and chucks are spread out everywhere
brb being loud as **** while squatting
brb yelling at my teammates
brb dropping weights
brb tank top on chest day
brb doing 20 min of cardio after every workoutthere are no shortcuts to any place worth going.
hard work pays off, so i take no days off.

brb taking a ton of time between sets
brb pretending not to see kids from HS until they call my name
brb stylin as i casually load 8+ plates on the deadlift bar while people mire (no one deadlifts or ever uses that much weight for anything, lol)
brb spending 5 minutes scrolling through my ipod until i find the "perfect" song
brb permanent bertstare in the locker room to avoid seeing naked asian men
brb taking my shirt off and flexing in the bathroom mirror after my workout

brb looking at stopwatch on my nike sports watch for 45 sec rest in btn. sets
brb ppl staring (no brag, but i notice it)
brb laughing at kid who maxes out the leg press with 45 lbs. plates then proceeds to do 1/16th of the ROM
brb protein shake on couches postworkout
brb working out, then training clients, then walking to class.

brb focusing on muscle groups super close while working them.
brb wearing tank-tops almost every day because i do at least a few set of arm exercises solely to show off my bi's and tri's srs (no ****gy tyme)
brb looking at myself in the mirror before/during/after every set over-analyzing how i can improve my physique
brb wishing my gut would magically disappear.

BRB sleeveless shirt everyday aside from leg days
BRB admirin myself in the mirror in between sets
BRB takes me 30 seconds to pump up for a heavy set of squats or deads
BRB keep skipping songs right before set on ipod shuffle to find the right right song
BRB chalk makes me feel like a badass
BRB screaming 'YEAH BUDDY, LIGHT WEIGHT!!!!!!' in my head
BRB imagining Konstantinovs/Magnusson deadlift vids right before deadlifts to pump up
BRB Zyzz song from vid playing on ipod while acquiring my aesthetics
BRB pausing ipod when I get on a bench incase someones using it and says somethingI don't really care how much I lift, just how much I can look like I lift. u mad?
