brb 500 grams of a protein a day
brb 80% of my protein intake is turned in glucose because I don't need it
brb getting kidney stones when I get older
brb spending an extra $5 on protein( which adds up to like $1800 a year) because I think I need it
brb taking my protein shake to the gym because every second I wait to have my protein shake postworkout I lose 4% of my gains and go catabolic.

There is a point where it is excessive but most guys actually don't eat enough. Ask any of the guys that actually compete what they eat and you'll be like "wtf?".
There's a reason why they have 50lbs. more lean mass than you and it's not cause they're doin it wrong. I'll take the advice over a guy that's 220 9% over a dude that I've caught up to in 6months of lifting.
Edit- how the f*ck do have no mass with those lifts? You should be 210-215 at least with those lifts?

Lol wut? You caught up to me? I'm 4 inches shorter than you, leaner and almost the same weight, and I'm a powerlifter not a bodybuilder.
Just because you're big doesn't mean you know what the **** you're talking about. People on celltech utilize MUCH MUCH more protein than a natural lifter can synthesize.
