    Competed at 154 and now sitting at 187 (Heaviest ever in the offseason) and heaviest since High School ((33 over stage weight))
    Time to start dieting a bit (going by mirror more than scale) no set goal in mind weight wise.

    Just was looking through pictures and noted this.

    When i competed in 2012 Shelby Starnes and John Meadows both told me Chest Thickness and Hamstring's had to come up, 2 years later and 20 pounds difference (151/171) I think there is some progression:

    Weight has dropped a few pounds (168-169) even with some kcal bumps. Kcals around 2800 and were down to 1700 at the end of my cut (166)
