This means a lot coming from you Devin. Thanks brother.
Well before I can add some LBM I have to cut up, and get rid of this loose skin for good. When i rebound I will take things very slow and hope to keep a low BF setpoint, that way next time I do diet down. I will not have to worry about working so hard to get everything to show.
100% Agree, I got time, so I am going to take my time to get them to show and keep them.
Do not know, but once I can get some more vascularity and get leaner, then I have accomplished something.
Working legs is a gift. Thats why I do it 2x a week. You can never have big enough legs.
Thank you everyone for the comments

Believe it or not I lost close to 5lbs this week, with no changes in diet or cardio, just BAM out of no where. I did 2 days of 400g carb refeeds, and my weight still did not even move, it dropped a touch, and i laid off all cardio. Pretty crazy how depleted I am right now, and what it may take to fill me out for my show. I am 148
Weight on stage does not matter, I will be a lightweight, i was hoping to come in a bit heavier, but that can happen next year.

Top 3 in my class for lightweights (i was the smallest in my class)
6/10 in the novice (weight went up to 176 and i was 147.. again smallest in the class) Mostly everyone was in the 160's-170's so I was outsized / outmuscled big time.
Judges said I was one of the best conditioned athletes in the show.

Awesome job man. It will only get better for you as time goes by. You have obviously been recovered from your ED for a while now but that stuff has lingering effects on the body for years after. I am willing to bet as time goes on you will have abs at a higher BF, you will look leaner at a higher BF, etc. Keep up the good work man. Props.
