damn crazy transformation. closest ive seen to what im doing now, you look like a whole new person. I started last year bro went from 293-150, but unlike you i didnt start lifting i only did cardio currently bulking now though up 10lbs. My routine is just like yours too i hit every muscle 2 a week and take sat and sunday off its a bitch, but im getting used to it. any tips on supps i see your taking alot of them and some like fat burning stuff, did you take those while bulking. Im only taking whey and creatine for now and eating right.

WOW thats almost 150lbs!!!! Holy cow!
I never really did a bulk per-se.. its kinda weird. Once I got down real low 173. I just still lifted hard.. drank xtend like a mofo and ate better lots of oats, protein and good fats and I started gaining some size with little fat. And I was taking fat burners the entire time. Told ya its weird!
What your taking is good.. its hard to grasp the concept off bulking or just eating more when you have been in the mind set of lose lose lose... You'll start to gain some size if you keep lifting. But its much eaiser to lose weight than it is to gain quality muscle weight so just take it day by day. Dont stress over it, in a few months you'll start to see a difference. Good luck!

question should get xtend tommorrow do you take even on off days. Was curious if you let your body recover on its own on off days or take it anyway. Im sure you do but thought id ask just in case, glad you recommended it man after checking bcaa and reading on glutamine now i dont have to buy them seperately and i believe get higher dosage with it, thanks man.
