I'm trying to figure out why I lost my "sex lines" or whatever the hell they're called. I workout my lower abs pretty consistently, actually I work out my upper, lower, and obliques after almost every workout.
But for some reason I've lost the muscles that creates the V, is it part of your obliques or is it considered your lower abdominal?
Also, what is the best exercise(s) to hit that area?
Attached is a picture of my abs. My left side has it a little (assuming because my left side is more dominate) but my right side has nothing..Are they just underdeveloped? I used to have them before I even really started lifting..
