Protein on the go!? Sign me up. I work 7a-7p and hit the gym immediately after work making for a loooong day. This means I have to pack little containers of this, and little containers of that, pre-workout tupperwares, post-workout tupperwares, lunches, dinners, etc. It gets old, and cumbersome. I like the idea of a little easy-to-tear pouch to just slam on the way to the gym in the car, or as I walk out of the gym at night. Seems like a perfect solution - no shakers, no powders, no liquids needed. Perfect.
Being a banana protein connoisseur I would welcome the opportunity to get my hands on some of that banana Muscle Gel.
(and the cinnamon roll, Im not even gonna lie)
I can write a review too, see my detailed Animal Cuts log in my sig if needed.Last edited by sloop; 07-29-2010 at 09:43 AM.

i would like to try this because i am always on the run and the convenience of a product like this would mean alot to me. i could eat one between/in class....in the morning, whenever. its kinda hard to bring a shake with me everywhere and i hate protein bars (need something to drink with them or they taste bad or have bad macros). the whey isolate is awesome too. usually there is a tradeoff between the macros and taste but not here apparently. the great reviews on the taste have me itching to try this stuff too.

I would like to try muscle gel because when i work, i am constantly on the move, and do not get time to stop, ive tried using protein bars in the past but since i need to keep them in my pocket they often end up melting. These look like a great solution, since they are small size, pack enough protein to fit into my diet and is just a cool idea. I would love to try them!

I would like to try this finalized version because DirtyDean is teh ****
(lol)
I work in an office on average about 60+ hours a week (Next week will be 105, goin solo in Live Chat), and it is almost an hour away. I would benefit by saving time having to drive home from the gym just to mix some protein, and then to drive back and even further to work every day. I usually don't even go home after the gym and end up waiting about an hour to get something in me and it bugs the hell outta me. I am waiting for the non-finalized samples and will also be able to directly compare the two

The main reason for me wanting to try this product would be convenience. I travel a lot(currently on a trip) and sometimes baggies with powder & oatmeal gets irritating. I've considered MRP packets but you also need a shaker + water and isn't always that convenient. MuscleGel sounds like it tastes really good and the versatility it can be used in is perfect. I haven't had any "gel" product before of any kind, be it carb/protein, so i don't really have an idea as to how this would taste, but if it tastes good it would be a 10 in both taste & convenience which would make it a keeper. I heard a lot of good things about the MP MuscleGel and filled out the sample request form on the site but i never got anything (probably ran out?), so i'm hoping to get a chance to try them out. Thanks & good luck to all.

I would love to try some MuscleGel because I really like the convience as I work from 10pm-10am and vice versa. Also good for when I'm on the go and when I'm at the gym and need some high quality protein. The other MP products are amazing so I'm sure these are too! And great for the convience

Count me in. I've really been considering these as alternative to the Carb loaded gels. We spent nearly every weekend in the mountains on the trails and I end up relying on gels in the backcountry. Have been wanting to get away from all the carbs and like someone else mentioned bars have a tendency to melt, especially in this hot summer. Figure a protein gel would be the next logical to try and definitely help me save on the carbs.
Not to mention I haven't been disappointed by a MP product yet, and I finally found somewhere with Bulletproof in stock and it is being delivered today

I am also one of those guys who works...and works out...alot
I work in a food lab second shift and I can be there for anywhere to 8-12hrs a day. My work place has very limited place for my food with little to no frig space. MuscleGel could greatly help my problem with getting enough protein in my work day. I've tried many whey products and get to taste test new flavor/products in the lab. but i've never tried a gel type protein product besides hydro. collagen products used for diabetics

Ive tried musclegel before and it was awesome. Musclegel is extremely convenient and awesome for me since I go to school full time and work two part time jobs. Its such a hassle to have to carry tubs/shakers/water around when I need protein. Some people would recommend protein bars for me, but I cant stand them. I wish I got more than one sample for sure last time!

I'm a cyclist. For long rides I need nutrition on the bike...there is certainly no shortage of carbohydrate gel packs, but anything with protein is really hard to come by. A bar will melt, and I need the water bottles for electrolyte drinks - a shake would be much too heavy.
I've been wanting to try these since they've come out, I'll be able to compare them to the carb gels I've tried.Realize that anyone with an affiliation to a supplement company in their signature has ulterior motives when making recommendations. They're primarily concerned with pushing their products. Not your safety or what's best for you.

CONVIENCE!! My office is about 1:30 away from where I train and its gets super annoying trying to mix a shake on my way home. I usually hit the gym/track about 30min after I get home and this would allow me to get a little pre-workout boost without having to stop and get some water. Also, I do travel ALOT and these would come in so handy in airports or what not..
Thanks for giving us this opportunityProud member of the Who Dat Nation since '87!

I'd love to try out MuscleGel for several reasons:
1. they seem very convienent, and as a student, lately during class I have been caught making a funnel out of lined paper, and sticking it in the top of a plastic water bottle to filter my protein into it during class, this process often gets me lots of retarded looks lol, and some protein spilling(you never want that...) while I am just trying to make my shake to prevent me from going catabolic. Having a supplement like this on hand would make it much easier just to pound a convienent musclegel in class!
2. look at those flavors... cinnamon roll, key lime, banana cream, tropical mango? damn those all sound amazing. Not to mention the supplement profile, only 96 calories, with 22g protein? This will be perfect while I am trying to lean down for the beach.
3. its made my MusclePharm, which has been blowing up around BB.com lately. I would love to personally test some of this company's products out for myself! I would post a review here on bb.com forsure.
