    How many cheat meals do you have a week during bulking?

    I usually have 1-2 cheat meals a week. My family usually have a get together and make a home cook meal. I never eat out. What did you eat for your last cheat meal?

    I cheat everyday lol well in my mind i do because the protein bars i make are AMAZING, who woulda thought that a candy bar can be packed with protein and the right amount of cals?? the best part? i know what's going into it, so no suprises. Have about two a day and they are healthy so in a way i'm treating my self but staying on the healthy side of life.
