Hey all -
5'9"-5'10", 172 lbs as of today. 23ish% body fat (YIKES!).
-- I use ON 100% Gold Standard - two scoops @ lunch, two scoops post workout everyday
Plan to keep that going throughout my working out.
-- I am planning to either dip into some Jack3d for pre-workout or N.O.-Xplode... Suggestions here would be nice!
I lift an hour to two hours daily monday-friday. Was getting good progress from just protein + workout before I got in an accident @ the end of May and was unable to lift for over a month (YIKES! again)...
Now I am getting back into my lifting and was wondering if I could get some tips from you folks...
Things I am looking for...
- Fat loss/cut (I'm not really 'fat' despite my body fat but I want to cut what I do have around my stomach and upper thighs)
- Gyno reducer (I don't have it terrible but I do have a mild case of gyno that I have had for a lot of my life that I am self conscious about and would love for something to help me get rid of this)
After both of those things I would like to start building. I don't want to get huge... More cut and lean but defined.
My friend suggested Epistane but it appears that it is illegal (maybe) or just flat out not made anymore?
Do you guys have any suggestions for what I want to do? Thanks!
