was feeling beast mode like popping champagne like i won a championship game

40 lbs x 8
50 lbs x 8
55 lbs x 8
55 lbs x 8

did 3 set sof 55 lbs x8
last week i did:

40 lbs x 10
45 lbs x 10
50 lbs x 10
55 lbs x 7
55 lbs x 8


lol after I did my last set of 55 lbs x 8 these 2 solid asian 8s wearing short tight spandex volley ball shorts were beside me. i saw them mirin at the corner of my eye as i was doing it. after i did my set they came and 1 of them said: "im trying to tone out my legs, can you teach me how to do some leg exercises? (srs). I had a new disregard females acquire currency attitude so i said no, im kinda in a rush sorry. which was kinda true cause i had to come home and start helping repaint the whole house and I had to play SC2.

Also saw a friend of mine who came to the gym. he spewed the dumbest broscience ever. He asked me what i was drinking. I told him creatine (was really PW, but too lazy to explain what BCAA is to him) he tells me creatine is bad for my liver, he makes me fat, and gives me fake muscles and he said it will give me "balloon muscles" (srs). I bert stared and just said ok i guess ill stop taking it then cause i didnt feel like arguing.
