that is correct he was one of the first to use in the early 60's which i why i ddint include him the list. he was still a pretty good bodybuilder in the 50's though in which he was natural.



i liked the part where you educated me. that was the best part.

Scott is what I want to look like, don't really car if he used or not. Would kill to have his arms like his.

the west didnt know about the athletic capabilities of testosterone until the mid 50's. first signs of testosterone usage for athletic performance were first used by the russian weight lifting team in the early 50's but the results werent too good and the side effects were quite harsh which is why Ziegler made dianabol in 1959 which was supposed to be "side effect free".

Vienna in 1954 was the first time someone got popped for steroids. You dont think people were using them years before considering it was developed in the 1930's?
