    Confusion

    If i keep up a good level of cardio but continue to add muscle mass could i become too big. Basically could i become slower and less fit due to an increase in muscle mass

    more muscle won't make you slower, it will make you faster. As long as you also work on running and sprinting.

    It depends alot on where you put that muscle. If it is all in your upper body yes your legs will have to move more weight. You can never have too much muscle in your butt though.
