I am looking for a good all around fat burner. I have read through the forums and so many of you preach on all different types. I want to narrow this down a bit.
Which one works the best with the least amount of side effects?
I have tried Lipo-6 and it did absolutely nothing for me at all. Complete waist. I have read up on the new supplement that GNC has OxyElite-Pro and have considered trying it.
What's the reccpmendation.

Don't expect a supplement company to wipe your ass for you, only YOU know what you eat, which pre you take, and how much folic acid you intake daily. Supplement accordingly.-POISON

I hated Clen, HATED it, sides were annoying, sleep sucked when I was on it, shakes for the start of the day, I lost weight, but EC was just as effective in my opinion with far less sides. (I actually loved Albuterol that beats Ephedrine or Clen hands down).
So Albuterol + T3 would be another solid choice.-HitTheRack.net-

The difference in sides and safety between EC and Clen isn't worth the difference in effect. Albuterol is a nice mid point between the two.
EC trumps any supplements on the market such as OEP. OEP and other supplements are at an inherent disadvantage since they cannot include Ephedrine/Ephedra in them anymore (in the US at least). If that were allowed then yes, I bet 99% of them would reformulate to include it instead of whatever designer stim of the day they use.

the old (and supposedly dangerous) formula of HydroxyCut HC was pretty good, though the old formula of Arson was better... now i'd go with the D4 (thermal shock) suggestion if you can afford it, not bad.
just started Vortex Burn (per free sample for review) today, will let you know how that goes (there's about 3 weeks worth in the bottle) if interested."I'm Mr. Beast, the big bad Fenris wolf, I'm The-End-of-the-World-Man, wearing the flesh of fallen angels!" - Jack Lupino

I would love to know your results.
Keep them coming guys because I am taking everyones opinion and writing them on a tablet. The largest average or recommendation is the route that I am going to take.
I will say, however, that the guys that stated diet and excercise is 99% the best way to go, I agree. I am just wanting something that assists me on my pursuit for a "slimmer" me.
I am lifting 3 times a week and doing cardio every day. I have just hit a milestone and am ready to continue on a faster pace. I am hoping with the assistance of a burner I will be able to achieve my goal a bit quicker.
