lol. not sure why what seems like so little ends up being so much.
the forearms felt pumped and lefty was feeling the pain..... so I did some DB wrist curls
to punish him further.

I see the deadlifts have reappeared. GJDM. Solid reps on the 315.
Great volume on the incline as well. Imagine the pump was insane.

I don't always do high rep deadlifts...
But when I do, I feel 'em the next day.
I hear you on not wanting to blow anything out before vacation. I always feel the same way, and take the heavy stuff just a bit lighter the week before.

I don't know where you get your strength from but that is insane with those bench number. That sure is a great way to shock the back.

Anyone could have done that on the inclines: an easy 99 reps of 135, 38 reps of 225 and a lazy 8 reps of 315...........
...........I'm very jealous!!
Low test, no sleep, painful arm, and you still can manage a quick power blast of a session Ken!

315x8 is pretty damn nice, if you ask me.
Sorry about the sleeping thing. Happens to me too once in awhile, for no reason I can figure. What's really irritating is to be so tired you fall asleep on the couch watching TV, but then go to bed and suddenly can't get to sleep.

it's been going on for years, it's just been worse the past week or so. 315 felt heavy
as hell this morning and the low low test can't be helping either.

Rough metally or physically? PMs available...
Remember how I told you that he would be dealt with soon enough...let's just say his time is coming if he's not careful. As you know, there's a few new enforcers about.
