    its good to do when you can't do a full curl anymore

    I always understood those to be partial reps, I think cheat reps are reps performed with bad form in order to 'cheat' the weight up (ie for curls that would mean dropping the shoulder and shifting the elbow forward).

    I could be wrong but that's how I've always understood it.

    This may seem dumb, but please help me...

    Am I cheat Curling?

    I start off with:

    1x20- 7KG( Warm up)
    1x15- 8KG
    1x10-10Kg
    3x7-13KG
    1-2x20-10KG.

    Is any of that cheating?

    You got it right. Cheating form is often used when doing negatives. You cheat to get the weight up so you can slowly lower it for the good negative.

    No, thats not cheating. Cheating has nothing to do with numbers of sets or reps, its all in the form.
