Day 1
As I said this will be a first for me. I am 43, 5'8" and 170 lbs. I have been active in and out of the gym for years, swimming, biking, running and lifting. I usually train 6 days a week. I will cardio 7 usuall for a total fo about 45 min or more depending on how active I am outside, but I will always get at least 30 min on my stationary bike first thing in the morning.
My expectations going int o the log will be to use it as a guide post for tracking accomplishments and set backs. Using both for future reference.
I have ordered NO Beta and the CreaDyl. I have never used a NO product before so this will be a new experience. From what I have read so far on other post's it seems to do the job. I hope it has what I need to harden these soft spots.

Day 1 Workout
Today was chest and the goal today as with everyday was to make progress. For all the previous years of lifting I have never pied that much attention to form or how I target the muscle group that I am working that day. With the excellent articles and instructional aids available here at BB.com I havem ade more gains in the last two years than all the other years combined.
As usual lately my motivation laggs around workout time. It usually takes me a set or to to start to feel motivated. My biggest problem is platue I make good gains and then I hit a wall. I try all the tricks with limited results.
Most of my workout today was big movements with some finish exercises. Flat bench, incline bench, dumbell flyes, and dumbell pullovers. About the only significant thing today was pushing through 205X5 on my flat bench.
Currently while waitin on my Double T supps to arrive I am on Animal Pump which increases pump, focus and energy. I am anxious to try the Double T products to see where they will take me.

Nice job on the 205 X 5 today! I think once you get your CreaDyl and NO Beta you will definitely notice some great gains with your energy level and your focus.
I am on a calorie restricted cut diet currently with a carb load every 18th meal. Today is my carb upload night so this morning getting out of bed my energy level was delpleted as expected going into my third day with no carbs and some very intensive training each day. Today was leg day for me. After taking my NO Beta and sipping my CreaDyl intra workout I ended up increasing my weight on barbell squats by 50 lbs for a new PR. 395 X 10 reps for 3 sets after my first set of my PR from last week.
I could not have achieved this without both my NO Beta and my CreaDyl. I will be vdery interested to see what you are able to accomplish with this stack.UnCut ~ My Pre-workout of choice!!

I eat a lot of chicken and I also eat fresh caught salmon at least two days a week, free range eggs and I eat KY free range angus Sirloin steak. I supplement with protein powder when I cannot get my whole food sources due to work and life. I eat peanut butter, avocado or almonds with each meal and I eat vegetables like brocoli, spinach, green beans, ruby red grapefruit, blueberries and brussel sprouts with each meal for fibrous carb sources.
My Macros look like this
FAT 60g
CARB 90g
PROTEIN 210g
My 18th meal is green beans, oatmeal, ruby red grapefruit, almonds, sweet potato & peanut butter. My macros for that meal are:
FAT 20g
CARBS 120g
Note all my carbs except for day 3 are fibrous and day 3 are low GI

Day 2
Back workout- today whenever I work back it is always a goal not to strain that muscle in my kneck that hurts for days afterwards. Today I wanted to make sure I trageted all of my back and I think with dead lifts, front lat pulls, seated rows and bent over rows I hit everything.
Felt good going into today. I am finishing up a difficult project at work so my mood was somewhat more relaxed and the lifts came easier.
Started out with dead lifts to get my back into a growth mode. Pulled up a personel best of 260 8 times. Really focused on my lats and really made them work. Seated rows were intense today and them finished up with some bent over rows making sure to maintain focus.
My new supps should be here tomorrow if the Fed Ex tracker is right. the rating below is for my BCAA's and Animal Pump.

Day 3
Arm workout today I always go after arms with as much energy as I can get to them. For all the ears I have been working out they out to be huge. To this day they are not much to brag about. Maybe this challenge will provide enough motivation for them to grow.
I was pretty well stressed before the work out today the kids were really pushing buttons so it was hard to maintain focus.
I worked with antagonistic sets today starting with barbell curls and Tricep push downs first. Second was incline dumbell curls and over head extensions. Finaly I did preachers and tricep kick backs. I could feel the CreaDyl working especially the I got a good pump and maintained a pretty good pace through out the workout.
The products just arrived today so I will have a better feel of how they are having and effect in the coming days. I did take the CreaDyl. the pump was good still working on mixing ratio's so I cannot comment on taste at the moment.

Good to hear your supplements arrived. Definitely adjust the mix of the water to CreaDyl ratio to suit your taste, I am sure you will love the taste as well as the effects you see from it. The NO Beta will provide you with some massive pumps and some sick workouts, bro!

day5
Leg Day- Push myself to the next level by increasing my squat.
I was not overly tired going into the days workout, but after running my son's Cub Scout fishing derby i did have some fatigue. I took 2 NO Beta's and mixed my CreaDyl. After a warm up on the bike I could feel them starting to kick in so I hit the weights.
I went to 210 and pushed it up with very little problems. I could feel i good pump goign when I moved into hamstring curls again increasing the weight from what I normaly do and feeling good about my sets. Leg extensions went equally well I was even able to finish a drop set at the end that really blasted my quads.

Incline Bench 130/15,152/12,172/8,182/4
Dips 4 sets of 10

Day 8
Tired of the heat ready for some cooler weather. Arms day today had a good steady work out and finished tight.
Bi Curls
Tri push downs
Hammer Curls
Skull Crusher
Concentration
Triceps Kick backs
all in antagonistic sets.
My body reacts better if I do a protein shake about a half hour before the supps not as much flush but I suppose that hinders the absorption
Getting some Vascularity
